Beef Pack – $200 (22-27 kg)*

Steaks: 3 scotch fillet OR 1 whole eye fillet

4 T-bone

2 rump

2 oyster blade

2 blade

2 chuck

silverside (corned OR minute steaks)

rolled brisket pot roast OR gravy beef OR spare ribs

~3 kg premium mince

~1.5 kg thick sausages

~1.5 kg thin sausages

~4 kg soup/dog bones

*This is what’s usually in a box. Packs vary due to seasonal conditions and the individual shape of each animal. For example, sometimes the butcher decides the shins are suitable for osso bucco, other times they are not and the meat is stripped and minced.

Half size beef packs are available, cuts will vary according to availability. Please let us know your preferences and we will try to accommodate!
