High Steaks Farming

High Steaks Farming is a 5000 acre grazing property high in the hills of the NSW Central Tablelands, where the only thing we cultivate is our passion for animal welfare, the environment and good food.

We produce post-organic beef and lamb which we sell directly to the public in Sydney, Mudgee and the Blue Mountains.

Our goal as farmers is to demonstrate that animal welfare and maintaining a healthy environment do not run counter to producing high quality, affordable food. This goal is outlined (in a somewhat technical manner) in our statement page.

The blog posts in the farm diary and musings categories are where we share our day to day farm life and our philosophies with our customers.
