At High Steaks Farming we’re ordinary farmers who are passionate about animal welfare, the environment and good food.

It’s often thought in modern agriculture, that these elements can’t co-exist, and that one always has to suffer in order the bring forth the other. By restoring the balance on our farm in the central highlands of NSW, we’re endeavouring to demonstrate that these elements can co-exist, and are in fact essential to running a successful and sustainable farming enterprise.
